IQ/OQ Services

• Our qualification services are designed to help customers minimize regulatory risk and reduce their need for in-house expertise in this field
• Hardware qualifications include Installation, Operational Qualifications and LC-MS Performance qualifications and are available for systems
• Include Protocol, labor and travel.

• Qualification services include Security Configuration, Audit Trail Configuration, Testing for LC-MS systems and customization is available.

Relocation Service

• Fully comprehensive offering for labs looking for a single supplier to coordinate the entire workflow of operations and minimize disruption (risk mitigation)
• Covers labor & travel charges for de-commissioning, de-installing, re-installing and testing the instrumentation.
• Possibility to outsource additional services to subcontractors, notably to help labs relocate other equipment and accessories.
• Relocate your lab with a single supplier (full ownership) to coordinate the entire operation

CMC/AMC Contract

Our fixed price services include labor and travel-
Fixed Price instrument installation and Connect is a connection service for customers willing to install and connect a new or used instrument.
Fixed Price System Functionality check is a test to demonstrate proper instrument functionality for critical parameters as per instrument manual.

Refurbished Instrument

Customers looking for economical system can be provided with an option of refurbished system with 1 year comprehensive warranty. All spare parts will be covered during warranty.
From high end equipment to basic equipment, we can help with economically feasible solution to the labs.
